Our specialty, Galmaegisal, also known as “skirt meat,” was once a delicacy exclusive to the royal family—cherished for its exceptional tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor.
Unlike common cuts, only 250 grams of Galmaegisal can be sourced from a fully grown pig or cow, making it one of the most coveted meats in Korean cuisine. Its perfect texture and natural marbling create an unmatched barbecue experience, honoring the tradition of premium Korean dining.

Bringing the Taste of Korea to the World
Founded in April 2007 in South Korea, Seorae quickly became the leading brand for authentic Korean skirt meat barbecue. With a passion for tradition and a commitment to quality, we have perfected the art of grilling Galmaegisal to bring out its natural flavors, smoky aroma, and exceptional tenderness.
In June 2018, we expanded our royal dining experience internationally, opening our first barbecue outlet in Cambodia at AEON MALL SENSOK CITY. Since then, Seorae has continued to bring the essence of Korean barbecue culture to food lovers worldwide.
